Dr. Michael C. Stewart, DC, CCSP
Wellness Director

Dr. Stewart graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1995 with a doctorate in chiropractic after completing his undergraduate work in biology from Monmouth University and California State University at Northridge. While in school, he played Division One baseball, was part of two national honor societies, on the national dean’s list, and served as the student body president. Dr. Stewart began practicing in January 1996 after passing his national and state exams.

As a chiropractor specializing in sports injuries and family practice, Dr. Stewart has been restoring people’s health with chiropractic for many years. He opened his Glen Rock, NJ practice in November 1999. His patients range in age from three months to ninety-six years old. Although most of his patients come in for wellness chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Stewart also treats pain associated with the spine, nerves, muscles, and joints, as well as vision problems, allergies, headaches, ear infections, colic and sleep disorders in babies, and shingles.

Dr. Stewart holds a specialty certification in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries, allowing him the opportunity to work with high school, college, or professional sports teams as a team chiropractor. He continues to attend professional seminars on a regular basis to fine-tune his chiropractic skills and knowledge.

Dr. Stewart is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, and the ANJC Sports Council. Locally, he is the Vice President of the Glen Rock Chamber of Commerce, the Vice President of the Glen Rock/Ridgewood LeTip International networking group, and is the director of the Baseball Boot Camp youth instructional clinics for Glen Rock, NJ. He looks forward to each and every day he can help his community be more educated about their health.
